Although different from the traditional Quebecois "cabane à sucre" experience, it's definitely a great way to introduce your family to this cherished Canadian springtime tradition! The program includes a guided tour of the grounds, a presentation on how to make maple syrup, an explanation of the history of the practice, as well as tastings of maple water and maple syrup. Yum! |
